Invigare (“we”, “us”) publishes invigare.com. This policy explains what data we collect from visitors, why, and what rights you have over it under UK GDPR.
If you take the quiz or sign up for emails: we collect your email address, and whichever answers you give in the quiz, so we can send you a routine matched to your results and occasional follow-up emails.
If you use the contact form: we collect your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message.
For everyone browsing the site: we use analytics (Google Analytics) to see which pages get read and how people move through the site. This is aggregated, not tied to your name.
If you click through to a retailer: the retailer’s own site sets its own cookies once you land there, we don’t control that, and their privacy policy applies from that point on.
To send the emails and quiz results you asked for, to reply to your contact form message, and to understand which content on the site is useful so we can write more of it.
We don’t sell your data to anyone. If you buy something after clicking an affiliate link on this site, we may earn a commission from the retailer, full detail is on our Affiliate Disclosure page, but the retailer processes your purchase and payment details directly, not us.
Email addresses and quiz answers stay on our list until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are kept as long as needed to resolve whatever you wrote in about, then deleted.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to show you what data we hold on you, correct it, or delete it. Unsubscribe links are in every email we send. For anything else, email hello@invigare.com.
This site uses cookies for analytics and to remember basic preferences. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
If we make significant changes to this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
